This model was developed for “Sandormokh” web project. Therefore, it uses a minimum of geometry, an alpha channel, a lot of trims and textures in low resolution.
Such train cars can still be found on the railways of the post-Soviet countries. This model is used in the Sandarmokh interactive museum dedicated to the memory of the victims of Soviet repressions.
My colleague and friend Alex Medoxtr also took part in the development of the model.
