An ancient Egyptian standing figure of the god Bes from the Roman Period (30BC - 395AD) from the collection of Bolton Library and Museum Services. Bes is shown naked with legs apart, hands on hips and leonine mane and ears. On top of his head is a five plumed headdress. The figurine was excavated by B.P. Grenfell at Oxyrhynchus and donated to the Bolton Library and Museum Services Collection by the Egypt Exploration Fund. Creation process was focused on reducing the blur and sharpness using deep learning models to improve quality on the source images.
The same process was applied to the final resulting texture of the model to increase even more the sharpness of it.
A model of a head of (possibly) Rameses II. This is made of red granite and dates to around 1250 BC.
