Nested coffins of the Lady Iawttayesheret from the Charlotte Lichirie Collection of Egyptian Art, Michael C. Carlos Museum, Emory University, Atlanta, GA (acc. no. 1999.1.8,a-d). This model shows the inner and outer coffins of the Lady Iawttayesheret who was a “great follower of the Diviine Adoratrice of Amun." She was the daughter of Padikhnum and Tadiaset. She lived during Egypt's Dynasty 25 (ca. 760-656 B.C.) in the ancient city of Thebes (Luxor) Egypt. The bottom of the outer coffin, interior of outer coffin, and the interior and foot of the outer coffin lid were not available for scanning and have been false textured here. Created from 454 photographs (165 LG Volt Mobile Phone, and 289 EOS Rebel T5i) using Metashape 1.5.1. The inner coffin and outer coffin base were photographed in November 2015 and the lid of the outer coffin was photographed in May 2019. All were photographed through plexiglass cases in the museum galleries. A small, limestone figure of the soldier Sa-Djehuty son of Sat-Djehuty from the ancient Egyptian site of Abydos. Excavated by John Garstang in 1908, the statuette was found in tomb 643. It likely dates to the Second Intermediate Period.
Measuring just under 20cm, Sa-Djehuty wears a heavy wig and a kilt with a plain belt. Prior to excavation, the figure was broken and has now been repaired. The appearance of the two parts is noticeably different, with the upper half appearing bleached, while the lower half bears extensive traces of paint around the bands of hieroglyphs. Red paint is visible on the legs and torso.
The text reads “An offering which the King gives to Osiris for the ka of the living one of the town, Sa-Djehuty, born of Sat-Djehuty, by his sister who causes that his name live, the lady of the house, Beki.

Varón, de 30-34 años y de robustez media con una estatura de 1,76 m. Su principal característica es que conserva en el lado derecho del rostro, restos de patilla y barba, así como en la mejilla, huellas de barro de una tonalidad rojiza. Otro dato a destacar es la excelente conservación de su lengua y restos de pericardio, membrana que permite cubrir y proteger al corazón.
Al igual que MVG-001 y MVG-003, esta momia en febrero del 2011 regresó a la isla gracias al convenio firmado por el Organismo Autónomo de Museos y Centros del Cabildo de Tenerife, OAMC con la Universidad Complutense.
