Both models are identical, only how they are unwrapped is different. The two texture sets have 5 maps, namely: Ambient Occlusion, Base Color, Metallic, Normal, and Roughness. All textures are 4096x4096. Meaning the One Mesh version has 4 2048x2048 textures 3D Model is ready to download for free, this model contains 199524 polygons.
