We use our custom built and fully automated rig to capture the images generating the 3D Model. During the capture process the object is evenly lit to avoid any drop shadows. Cross-polarization method is used to get rid of specular lights. The object is also scanned from below to capture it from every side. Afterwards the scan is optimized with retopology work and uv-unwrapping to make it gameready.

The model is ready as one unique part and ready for being a great CGI model and 3D printing model which has been tried before in Ultimaker Cura and works perfectly, if you have probelms with that contact me.
