I put this scene together as a mobile-game MOD for an app called TRUE SKATE (you can click here to check out some gameplay: https://youtu.be/FgObnbupvQE ) The Staples Center (stairs in front of the Convention Center) is a very famous skate spot. I spent a good amount of time in Google Earth, and used screenshots from there to make a texture-atlas for the buidings, to make sure things looked right. Project was modelled and textured in Blender. A couple of the street-costruction props(.fbx) were imprted and placed around, other than that everything was modelled and textured myself. It's extremely low poly (as it's for a mobile game) 3d model
