Union Carbide Building (aka. 270 Park Avenue/JPMorgan Chase Tower), is a 707-foot tall skyscraper that was demolished and the tallest building in history to be demolished. Started construction in 1957 and completed in 1960 as the world's 9th tallest building in New York City. It then closed in 2018 for demolition. It was demolished to expand office space for a new supertall 270 Park Avenue that is twice its height. 🏫 Eternal Summer, this model was completely inspired by the film with the same name, a film that really moved me, both on a nostalgic level and also on a sentimental level, I never thought I would like so much a film that takes on subjects that I’m not very fond of. fan, but the way he did it was subtle, brilliant and 100% justified for everything that happened, making it so real and close to the viewer. I hope I never forget the power and energy conveyed by this film. 🏫
