This modular privacy fence pack includes doors that can open and close, and two damaged fence sections. Damaged fence sections are designed for game projects allowing players or NPCs to get through the fence if required. Low-poly, game ready with each fence section between 100 - 1100 polygons.
This modular fence pack also includes 4 different texture options including both wood and stylized wood texture maps.
All fence sections have PBR materials (Diffuse, Emissive, Normal, and OcclusionRoughMet maps).
