This is a knit cap with earflaps, and is called a chullo or tibetan cap. Originally, a decorative part is usually attached to the end of a cord extending from the earflaps, but for the sake of convenience and design as a 3D model, I omitted the cord and left only the round decorative part at the end. It is adjusted with the VRM humanoid model output from VRoidStudio.

The Dharmachakra (Wheel of the law), comes from the Dharma (the nature of reality), and represents the path to attaining enlightenment and reaching Nirvana (highest state of being).
