I was aiming for a Warcraft look (as in Frozen Throne, not necessarily WoW) with limited resolution hand painted textures.
Glow FX were originally done as billboard planes, flickering was achieved by randomly rescaling them; the little bat and moving candle flames were animated by shifting UV - as these techniques are currently unavailable on Sketchfab I edited them out and left a static model with no billboard tracking. As a countermeasure, to make it look better when rotated, I added a tiny tad of postprocessed bloom 3D Model is ready to download for free, this model contains 2694 polygons.
