Indonesian SS1600 class, later renamed as CC50 CC50 steam locomotive is the sixth generation Mallet type locomotive operating in Indonesia. This locomotive was purchased by the Staats Spoorwegen (SS) railway company of 30 from two different factories. 14 CC50 locomotives purchased from Werkspoor (Dutch) and 16 CC50 locomotives purchased from SLM / Schweizerische Lokomotiv und Maschinenfabrik Winterthur (Switzerland) factory. CC50 locomotive was imported in 1927 - 1928. Of the 30 CC50 locomotives, currently 3 units are CC50 01, CC50 22 and CC50 29 locomotives. CC50 01 locomotive is on display at Museum Transportasi, Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (Jakarta). CC50 22 locomotive is on display at Utrecht Museum (Netherlands).
