This is the iconic Café de Paris Monté Carlo in Monaco. This has been created for ‘Project: Monaco', a Cities: Skylines community YouTube project by PugGaming recreating the principality of Monaco with accurate recreations of the buildings and landscape. Originally opened in 1863 as the Café Divan, it was renamed a few years later and has been expanded several times over the years. In 1988 it was almost entirely rebuilt, taking the form that it has today. The actual building is built into the hillside and therefore the main entrance, is higher up than the other sections to the East. The model comes with textures, fbx and Blender files.
