This Great Dane skeleton was a study project of mine to better understand canine anatomy. I used a range of anatomical literature and images to make sure I get the most accurate result possible (I recommend Ellenberger's “Atlas of Animal Anatomy for Artists"). This is a zremeshed low poly version of my sculpt I am planning to use for blockout purposes in the future. This is a model of Verdona from Ben 10, this is my last character model for a while, Anyways this one while model wise wasn’t that complex (its just a female body lol). What was more hard was making sure the rig worked well with the cartoony face she has. I think I managed pretty well and learned both how to rig this kind of character aswell as make use of the shading node, this character is highly dependent on the use of shaders specially for the body and hair.
