This modified lantern wall clock converted to a clockwork mechanism, exhibits an arched dial with detailed scrollwork. It has the name James Michell of London on its face. The clock is part of the collection from the Moseley Homestead, a National Register of Historic Places site in Brandon, Florida. The 1886 homestead was originally owned by Charles Scott Moseley and his wife Julia Daniels Moseley and later their descendants. Charles Scott Moseley was an inventor and watchmaker, including time as a watchmaker with the Elgin plant in Illinois, where he had a 40-year career as First Superintendent. The Moseley collections include several examples of early watches and clocks, including this piece that possibly dates to c. 1780 - 1820 based on its dial characteristics, presence of double numbering with minutes and a second hand, engraved spandrels, trefoil hands, and overall design 3D Model is ready to download for free

This is a 3D model is from a laser scanning survey of the remains of a slave house chimney (Chimney 3) from the Stafford Plantation on Cumberland Island National Seashore. The Chimneys are a series of 26 hearth and brick remains in three parallel rows that are found nearby the main Stafford plantation house. The site is undergoing restoration treatments and our 3D survey was performed prior to that work, digitally documenting and preserving the site for archival purposes. Our 3D work is additionally assistive with preservation planning and supportive of management needs, and can be utilized for structural repair documentation, monitoring, and condition assessment. Using these models, 3D prints can also be made to examine construction techniques in tactile ways.
