This is a small model extracted from a functional Houdini Digital Asset. The tool simulates the entire construction process of a completely customizable building. It starts to construct a steel beam framework that later gets a concrete coating with the help of a scaffold. In the end the finished framework gets covered with a concrete facade 3D Model is ready to download for free

Clean UV
a low poly game ready version (732 tris) and a full quality displaced model (featured here for preview). Keep in mind the displacement will not work as well on the low-poly model.
A procedural version with a procedural material and modifiers, build in Blender 2.93 (will only work in blender) The procedural material works on any model, no UV required.

Hydrothermal vents are common on earth because it is both geologically active and has large amounts of water on its surface and within its crust. Common land types include hot springs, fumaroles and geysers.
Can be used perfectly as atmospheric back-and-foreground models for deep sea 3d environments. Works also very well with kitbashing techniques
