I’ve always had an afinity for masks, so I decided i’d make one. I had no real idea what it would be like, so i collected lots of different mask references of many different types and styles. In the end i was heavily inspired by the Majora’s Mask short film and decided to go down a wooden tribal route.
I started out in ZBrush and messed about with the design for a few days, eventually settling on what you see. I remeshed and exported that out to Max for a clean-up of some of the topology and to do the unwrapping (though i was lazy and didnt reduce the polys for most of it, ideally it would be lower poly but by the time my laziness on the matter had subsided I had already unwrapped it, so I decided to keep going)
I then took it into Substance Painter, baked down my high poly details and textured. I had played with having glowing eyes but in the end I have decided it looks best without that. I added the symbols to the back as a hasty afterthought, and only now do I notice that they are off center!

En la zona superior se carece de tomas y, por lo tanto, quedan huecos que se tratan de reparar (diferenciándolos del modelo real de la fuente) a través de objetos geométricos en el techo del frontón y molduras laterales del friso (se utiliza otro color también) para cerrar. También se realiza posproceso en Blender y arreglo de texturas en zonas vacías.

La fuente de Santa María, de tipo renacentista, posee un cuerpo inferior formado por tres vanos, junto a una estructura columnar con dos frentes, en los cuales se puede observar el escudo de Felipe II.
