Côte d'ivoire, Senoufo H. 36,4 ; l. 17,5 ; P. 7,5 Bois Masque en bois noir mi zoomorphe, mi anthropomorphe. Les décors sont mis ‘en relief par une alternance de couleurs rougeâtres et d’incisions effectuées sur le bois Le front porte une petite crête, précédée d’une décoration de motifs géométriques gravés. Le nez est étroit et les narines sont évasées. Les yeux sont des incisions ouvertes. Les arcades sourcilières ainsi que les scarifications sont en relief sur la sculpture. La gueule est allongée et se termine en talon plat, fermé. (…) Les oreilles sont matérialisées en ailerons gravés, rectangulaires (…). Sur la tête, se trouvent deux cornes arquées séparées par un petit motif, découpé en peigne. Ce masque est un « Gpelihe », reproduit pour le collecteur de la Mission. Made a Table Saw Jig for Cross Cuts and Rip Cuts. Can be further extended for either of the cuts.
1. T-Track + extension
3/4 T-Tracks that fit into Table Saw’s Miter slot with extensions. The extensions help slot the Jig into the Table Saw. And are also used to attach another Jig for larger Rip cuts.
2. Hold-Downs
T-Track Hold Downs are used to Hold Down Wood for Rip cuts and Cross cuts.
3a. Fence Stop Block
T–Track Fence Stops blocks used for repeated Cross and Rip cuts.
3b. Notch
Notch on the Fence for easy Dust collection.
4a. Stop Block
Used to stop the Table Saw Blade from cutting through the Jig.
4b. Blade Guard
Space for the Tablesaw blade guard to pass through.
5. T-Track + extension
T-Track for the Fence Stop Blocks with extension. Another Jig can be attached to the extension for making larger Cross cuts.
