The Modular Character series is a collection of base characters & add-on packs for Unity, which can be endlessly customized. The Stylized Female Base comes with numerous clothing & cosmetic options. It's available on the Unity Asset Store and www.stellargameassets.com. Each base character features a selection of demo scenes and tools to easily save character prefabs and presets without touching a line of code, but the System is powerful enough to be extended for custom use as well. This one was really fun to make like a toon character. I did it rig and the stylized walking animation for this one. I thought, this could be use in the any animation project when i make it.
Also, I did use the copy mesh for the black outlines and I did it copy weights too. I used Maya for modelling and 3DCoat for the textures.
