Nueva York, Estados Unidos, C. 1900 Largo 50 cm, ancho 27 cm, altura 115 cm • Aparato que consigue la ilusión del movimiento mediante un sencillo mecanismo también llamado folioscopio (de folio hoja) esto es, la reunión de fotografías fijas que registran un movimiento continuo de cualquier objeto. Lucia Nifontova (1913–1987) oli kiinnitettynä Suomalaisen Oopperan balettiin (nyk. Suomen kansallisooppera ja -baletti) vuosina 1927–1935 ja 1938–1940. Hän oli ensimmäinen Oopperan baletin tanssija, joka sai prima ballerina assoluta arvon. Nifontova kiersi ahkerasti kiertueilla ympäri Suomea esiintymässä monipuolisella tanssinumeroiden repertuaarilla. Puku on yksi Nifontovan esiintymisasuista, ja se on joko 1930-luvun alusta tai vanhempi.
Puku on mahdollisesti ollut myös tanssija-koreografi Hannele Keinäsen (1929–2004) käytössä.
