I made this model to practice texturing and hand painted lighting. Sculpt made in zBrush, retopogized in Maya and then textured in Substance painter and Photoshop. I had many problems with the uv-mapping, it worked out in the end but there is still some uv overlapping under his jaw. This was the very first project i made while actually understanding how the PBR textures interacts with each other. Also, textures on this particular model were “handmade” using photoshop. No procedural knowledge was applied on this yet.
