Here’s a tribute to Pixar with a low poly recreation of Lightning McQueen from Cars (2006) in action.
The recreation included an attempt of more accurate details of the paint-job from the first movie, and an extension of racetrack background.
I was fortunate to work as a vehicle / character modeler for THQ on almost all the main cast of Cars WII (2006), and this is me being sentimental down to the memory lane. 3D Model is ready to download for free, this model contains 13108 polygons.
