This 3D model of Rainbow Bridge was completed using ground based photogrammetric techniques. Model was rendered using PhotoScan Pro. A selection of images were georeferenced using a cm-scale capable Trimble GPS which then provided scaling for the entire model. A figurine model of the Monumen Nasional (Monas), a large obelisk located in the center of Jakarta, Indonesia. Stylized lightly with aesthetics in mind, as such the dimensions/ratios don’t really conform to the actual monument. Partially inspired by the Civilization 6 artstyle (though I did not nail it exactly).
Was created as a test of my modelling/texturing abilities, I’m quite happy with the outcome, while it did not precisely adhere to the idea I had in mind, it was quite good regardless.
