I modeled and created this exclusive Paper Holder to add an air of simplicity in any sort of place and composition and It can be use in bathroons, destroyed enviroments and much more places. Also I created 2 presets of PBR painted textures with Rust and Metal Scratch, there the low poly version and hight poly with subdivision and the object have proper pivot points locations.
