La geometria che ho scelto per questo esperimento riguarda un pezzo di pane; un soggetto con due diverse tipologie di consistenza: una più dura la crosta e una più morbida la mollica. Il contrasto tra queste due consistenze è inoltre complicato dalla presenza di alveolature interstiziali opportunamente illuminate.
