CAT: Es tracta d’una llàntia, decorada amb volutes, que conté la representació mitològica del déu Cupido en baix relleu. Al centre de l’escena hi ha la figura infantil de Cupido, nuu i alat, observant una llebre ajupida entre les fulles d’una vinya carregada de raïm.
Les llànties, lucernae en llatí, eren utensilis fets de pedra, terracota o fins i tot metall que en època romana servien per il·luminar de manera artificial les estances de les llars. La llum era originada a partir d’una metxa o metxes que, en encendre’s, cremaven lentament gràcies a la càrrega d’oli d’oliva que hi havia a l’interior de la llàntia.

The temple of the Yokai - the ghosts is hardly reachable. It is said to be the one earthly connection between the world of the living and the world of the dead. All the lights around it are left from the last ceremony, in which spirits and humans from each side are trying to get in contact with one another.
