Introducing the Angel of Dualities - a six-armed creature representing balance and harmony. It wields its own head as a symbol of introspection and carries a spear depicting the eternal dance of the sun and the moon. Meticulously crafted with hand-painted textures, this divine being is truly breathtaking, from its delicate wings to its glowing halo. (ChatGPT) Artstation Instagram Some Renders

Capitoline Museums Inventory Number: 1265
Type: Sculpture
Dating: 2nd century BC
Material and technique: Bronze
Size: 241 cm (7.9 feet)
Origin: Rome, Forum Boarium (discovered 15th century)
This statue comes from the Forum Boarium in Rome, where it was found during the pontificate of Sixtus IV (1471-1484). The statue likely represented the cult statue whithin the temple dedicated to the Greek hero, and previously thought to be a temple of Vesta (due to its circular form, surrounded by columns). There are significant remains of gilding (gold leaf).
Hercules (Greek: Herakles) holds the Apples of the Hesperides in one hand and his signature club in the other.
The statue is approximately 250 cm tall (~8 ft), displayed atop a tall pedestal, and is slightly reflective due to the gilding, making it difficult to photograph.

The legend of Pelops and OEnomaüs was appropriate for the decoration of the tomb of two spouses. In this case, the sculptor has retained no less than five successive scenes from this mythical tale, from left to right: the arrival of Pelops, the chariot race, the return of Pelops, the return of Pelops to the palace and, finally, the departure of Pelops and his lover Hippodamia.
