Made in collaboration with drone specialist Marek Jehlička www.skyworker.cz Special thanks The National Museum of the Czech Republic https://www.nm.cz After the First World War, the activities of the Association for the Construction of Jan Žižka's Monument in Žižkov were renewed. As early as June 1920 the cornerstone was laid in the presence of President T. G. Masaryk. The monument was eventually commissioned in 1931 from sculptor Bohumil Kafka, a professor at Prague's Academy of Visual Arts, outside the tender. The sculpture was intended to be monumental and realistic. It took Kafka ten years to complete the sculpture, and an advisory board of nine people was established to supervise his work, consisting of specialists, historians and hippologists. Sousoší Milenci
Vápencové sousoší Milenci (někdy též jako Mladý život) vytvořila slovenská sochařka Eva Krsková (Kršková) v roce 1961. Dílo umístěné na bývalém dně velkého rybníka bylo minimálně jednou přemístěno a také poškozeno - hlava mužské postavy byla uražena. Autor vytvořil další identickou plastiku s názvem Mladý život (odtud pravděpodobně pochází alternativní název drumenečské plastiky), která je umístěna na soklu v zahradě doktorky Milady Horákové v Ostravě.
Statue of Lovers
The limestone sculpture Lovers (sometimes also referred to as Young Life) was created by Slovak sculptor Eva Krsková (Kršková) in 1961. The work, located on the former bottom of a large pond, was moved at least once and also damaged - the head of the man’s figure was insulted. The author created another identical sculpture called Young Life (that’s probably where the alternative name of the Drumeneč sculpture comes from), which is placed on a plinth in the garden of Dr. Milady Horáková in Ostrava 3D Model is ready to download for free, this model contains 299994 polygons.
