The helmet was fashioned in southern Germany circa 1540, and is unusual because it is one of the few surviving helmets adorned with a crown.
It was purchased in Augsburg on the King’s behalf by his agent, the merchant Claus Heijder. The helmet was likely used in Gustav Vasa’s funeral procession in 1560, because a helmet adorned with a gilded crown is mentioned by a contemporary who witnessed the ceremony. A clothing and armor set designed for my fantasy RPG, Riptide.
I created this blue cloak a long time ago, on a design that I was extremely unhappy with other parts like the gloves and boots. BUT, I loved the cloak and so it became the core of the Ydanian fashion :).
29K per armor set including a sword. I am extremely happy with the poly count and rigging, and may very well consider this a final draft of the Ydanian “Jack-Rabbits”.
