In the red chamber or nursery, a decorated Carolingian wooden roof was found during the dismantling behind the white distempered, cardboard-covered roof, which at the rebuilding Skansen choosed not to hide, despite the caracteristic baroque ornamentation fitting rather poorly with the graceful wallpaper from the 1790s. The furniture has a general 18th century character without emphasized Rococo or Gustavian dl ag. This applies to both the chairs, the asparagus bed from Haga, the smaller bed from Grönsö in Uppland, the small doll bed and the rocking horse. The doll’s cabinet’s painted room furnishings are partly in Rococo and partly in Gustavian style. This is a low poly (<10k) version of S/S Norrtelje, a 44 meter long passenger steamer built in Stockholm in 1900. I’ve made it (and her sister ship Express) for my Sthlm1925 project in Cities: Skylines.
A 1M tris 3D-scan of a physical model of this ship has been uploaded by the Swedish National Maritime And Transport Museums, under CC Attribution license.
This is loosely based on that scan, but I’ve modeled this completely from scratch. I’ve reused some parts of the texture.
So my model should look fairly similar to the 3D scan, but it has less than 1% of the geometry and one (diffuse) 1k texture instead of four 8k textures 3D Model is ready to download for free, this model contains 8777 polygons.
