Union Carbide Building (aka. 270 Park Avenue/JPMorgan Chase Tower), is a 707-foot tall skyscraper that was demolished and the tallest building in history to be demolished. Started construction in 1957 and completed in 1960 as the world's 9th tallest building in New York City. It then closed in 2018 for demolition. It was demolished to expand office space for a new supertall 270 Park Avenue that is twice its height. A highway interchange scenery in New York, Little Dominican Republic made using Blender 3.3.2.
This had been one of my older projects which I havent visted for a while, so I’ve dedicated some time refurbishing up this particular section for public use (yes I’m feeling extremely generous). The file size is pretty hefty so source files and textures are all included in a single folder - just be sure to extract zip file into a folder.
Also quick side note, I haven’t been able to find some time to finish the middle bridge (Alexander Hamilton Bridge) so maybe I can update that in the forseeable future.
