To ensure colour accuracy the Raw Photography was profiled with X-Rite ColorChecker and a unique profile created for sRGB Colour Gamut in Lightroom. Scale bar has been used to ensure scale accuracy. The first diffuse map texture is the original photography, the second map is called diffuse_3 and are delit for re-lighting so you have both options available to you. Sometimes delighting can cause artifacts.
