This is based on a personal project line of 1000 house plants for Blender, that for every 3 plants that I made one of them will be free, Currently this is the 3rd pack project, 3D PBR model of a personaly made Houseplants Pack with 59 plants in total, created with blender 3.3x.

Quad based topology, with minimal triangulation.

Varied texel density.

Naming convention using Unreal Engine standard Naming Convention.

Varied texture resolution based on mesh complexity.
