Just animated hands doing handy things. Good fit for a first-person viewmodel, such as a weapon model in a first-person shooter or cooking game. Can easily be attached to any model The animation is very rough and only used for showing. Like a few of my other assets in the same style, it uses a single texture diffuse map and is mapped using only color gradients. All gradient textures can be extended and combined to a large atlas. Here’s a project I’ve been working on for the past month and a bit, inspired by the Southern Air Temple location in Avatar The Last Airbender.
This was mainly exploring environment building inside of Unreal Engine, and experimenting with wind simulation inside of Houdini. I learned a lot in Unreal Engine, as I went in with very limited knowledge.
