The NES was released after the “video game crash” of the early 1980s, whereupon many retailers and s had regarded electronic games as being merely a passing fad and many believed at first that the NES was another fad. Before the NES/Famicom, Nintendo was known as a moderately successful Japanese toy and playing card manufacturer, and the popularity of the NES/Famicom helped the company grow into an internationally recognized name almost synonymous with video games as Atari had been during the 2600 era 3D Model is ready to download for free, this model contains 2468 polygons.

About 6 years ago (jul 19th 2016), I published on Sketchfab one of my first project with Blender. I discovered at the same time the anotation function that I found great to tell stories with a simple 3d model. This model was Yoshi Island. A model that has really aged (and is very ugly too :D). That’s why I wanted to update it. All is not perfect but the main thing for me was to see the evolution between these two models.

Here’s a challenge I’m doing: modelling a Smash Bros character each day until Smash Ultimate releases. This project started October 2nd. I probably won’t manage to strictly model one per day but I’m eager to see it through.
Anyway, here are the original 12 from Super Smash Bros 64. This is my taking on the original Nintendo characters that debuted in the first entry of the Smash series. They’re all low poly, PBR with a cartoon style. Hope you like it and look forward for future characters! - Super Smash Bros: The Original 12 - 3D model by Giru 3D Model is ready to download for free, this model contains 127657 polygons.
