  Blood Tree 3D Model 2026-06-30
so this was a cool project to work on, I like sculpting weird artsy stuff and I've been trying to learn Speedtree and trees are pretty boring to look at for hours at a time while you're trying to figure out what all the buttons and sliders do. I also had to learn a whole new workflow for this but it is what it is. The concept was heavily inspired by ‘The Last Of Us' in the beginning, I also wanted the body to be similar to my ‘Corpse Flower' model since theyre both in a larger project together. Initially while I was figuring out Speedtree this model had blue leaves so I was going for that Willow tree vibe but it wasnt looking right. Then I got inspired by the art in ‘Diablo 4' and scrapped the leaves and added more tiny branches and that kinda brought the whole Blood Tree thing together.
