The Canadian Pacific GP9, originally delivered in 1953, was recently retired. The various engines had gone through many modifications in between, finally arriving at something looking much like what I’ve built here. This is my tribute to EMD’s venerable road switcher, a 200,000 poly amalgam of various features of the class. This aligns roughly to what CP called a ‘DRS-17.’ It’s a switcher capable of carrying loads on the mainline 3D Model is ready to download for free
