This is an incomplete asset from an Unreal Engine virtual reality environment created by SuperfuntimesV a few years back. You can find some short videos of it with a slightly different texture map on the Superfuntimes Youtube Channel for further reference. Though fancy, this has proven to be a very creepy virtual reality environment! Since this project doesn’t seem likely to continue, here is the cabin model for the community to purchase.
