Sculpted in VR with oculus medium. Painting on vertex isn't great so I had to create shapes for everything (typically the moustaches and eyes). I used an actual nutcracker on my desk as a reference :) From Wikipedia: Nutcrackers in the form of wood carvings of a soldier, knight, king, or other profession have existed since at least the 15th century. Just a small piece of fan art to celebrate my discovery and subsequent newfound love for JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure! Not seen Jolyne in action yet but I loved her design a lot. The model is a ZBrush sculpt that I decimated and textured in Substance Painter, so excuse the weird topology and UVs :P This was more for fun than anything!
